Festival Information
Imagine two days of incredible diverse Canadian musical talent across all genres performing right in front of you in a small but mighty festival where everything is right at your finger tips. The grounds are fully licensed, so you take your beverages anywhere you like. There are no lineups and the ground is flat.
You are surrounded by beautifully kind, inclusive and welcoming people who just want to immerse themselves in the beauty that is Four Seasons Park, enjoying music they know and discovering music they’ve never heard before, but will never forget.
Kids run around the park wild and free, safe within their community. Others gather with family or friends, some in tents, others in lawn chairs or dance on the side of the stage as the sun magically falls in all its glorious colours behind the stage that lights up the night sky.
It’s magic.

Hours
Friday, June 21: 4:00 pm to Midnight
Saturday, June 22: 11:00 am to Midnight
Location
The Beaumont Music Festival is located in Four Seasons Park in Beaumont Alberta. This park covers 51 acres of land, featuring a football field, 5 ball diamonds, day use areas, a trout-stocked fishing pond (Don Sparrow Lake), pathways, picnic sites, playground equipment, a spray park. The music festival is located north of the Beaumont Spray Park, centrally located inside the park.
Camping
Camping (RV & Tenting) is available at the Beaumont And District Agricultural Society Fairgrounds (BADAS) west of Beaumont. A shuttle will run on regular intervals between the camp site and festival grounds
R.V and tenting sites are on a first come – first serve basis at this off-festival camp-site, allowing you to camp for the weekend and access shuttle services to and from Four Seasons Park.
What to Bring (and not to bring)
What You Can Bring
Small Coolers with Snacks
You are allowed to bring small coolers with snacks, and sealed unopened bottled non-alcoholic beverages. These will be checked by our Front Gate professional security. All unsealed bottles containing liquids will be emptied at the gate.
Empty Refillable Water Bottle
We will have a water station on-site for filling your empty, refillable water bottle.
Low-Back Chairs
Bring a low-back, low-legged chair. These may be no higher than 26 inches off the ground, with legs/seats no higher than 8 inches from the ground. Chairs may be used at the Main Stage and Side Stage.
Blankets & Tarps
Be courteous and take the space that you need, and prep for cooler evenings with an extra blanket.
Certified Service Animals Only
The festival ground are a place of enjoyment, with loud music and crowds. As such the Festival grounds have been classified as a “no animal zone” most notably for everyone’s safety. Provincially Certified Service Animals are the exception.
Handlers and leashed service animals to be considered for entry must produce their Gov’t of AB issued service dog ID (with a current picture of both handler and service animal).
Provincial laws do not qualify emotional support animals at public venues and they will not be allowed on the festival grounds.

Handlers and service animals are not exempt from bad behavior. Any service dog team displaying or exhibiting bad behavior may be asked to leave.
Sunscreen & Bug Spray
Bring your own sunscreen and bug spray, and if you forget we will have some for sale at the Merch Tent.
What Not to Bring
Everyone entering the festival may be subject to a bag/cooler search and pat down from professional security … does that concern you? Maybe go drop some stuff back at your car! Any contraband items will be confiscated. Alcohol will be poured out (Hey it’s the law, we’d rather keep it!)
NO GLASS
Glass containers – Absolutely NO glass containers to be brought on site. Sealed baby food containers are the only exception … and only if you have a baby!
NO BEACH BALLS OR FRISBEES
NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKABLE/EDIBLE CANNABIS PRODUCTS; NO NON-PRESCRIPTION RECREATIONAL/ILLEGAL DRUGS
Our liquor permit only allows for the consumption of liquor purchased on-site from our Fiesta Zone. So no outside alcohol is allowed to be brought into the Festival grounds. If any is found in your bags or on your person as you enter the gates, it will be emptied/confiscated at the gate.
No cannabis products, prescription and non-prescription alike (as pursuant City of Beaumont bylaws) and no non-prescription recreational/illegal drugs, and anyone found inside the grounds with these items will be removed from the Festival grounds immediately with no refund of ticket and/or legal action.
NO OPEN/UNSEALED BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
Open and unsealed beverage containers of any kind will be emptied out at the gate, including water bottles. Please bring your reusable water bottles empty – you can fill them up at the water station located on site. Think of it this way – if the potential is there to load the container with alcohol so that it looks like water, or booze mixed in with your Gatorade or Pepsi, then don’t bring it because it will be emptied at the gate.

NO PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS OR AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT
If it has a removable lens, or you need an assistant to lift it … please leave it at home. Our official photographers will be posting their pro photos on Facebook after the Festival! Recording of the show is not permitted.
NO DRONES
Stay grounded my friends.

We paid good money for a light show, save yours for home.
NO FIREWORKS

NO WEAPONS
Of any kind, including a Wizard’s Staff … fool me once Gandalf … plus give peace a chance.
NO GOLF OR BEACH UMBRELLAS
If you can fit three to four people under it, it’s too big.
Transportation
The Beaumont Music Festival is pleased to offer transportation services to help you safely arrive at Four Season Park, as parking is not available at Four Seasons Park.
The Beaumont Music Festival has 4 park and ride locations in Beaumont with both scheduled and on-demand shuttle service available to and from the festival. Return shuttle service leaves from the Four Seasons Spray Park parking lot.
The shuttle service runs:
Friday: 4 p.m. – Midnight
Saturday: 10 a.m. – Midnight
#1 – École Dansereau Meadows School
Dansereau Meadows School is located at 5907 Rue Eaglemont, Beaumont, AB, T4X 0G9. This parking lot is in the north-west end of Beaumont and is not walking distance to the Festival grounds and about a 5 to 15 minute ride on the shuttle bus to the Festival grounds. Find it on Google Maps CLICK HERE
#2 – Jeb’s No Frills
Jeb’s No Frills is located on the south side of the city at 5201 30 Ave, Beaumont, AB, T4X 1T9.
Please park at in the spots farthest away from the store so that customers for the store can still get in and out easily – this is the best way that we can thank Jeb’s for allowing us to park there during the Festival!
The shuttle will be stopping for pick ups at the far end of the parking lot.
Jeb’s is a long distance walk (15 to 30 minutes) to the Festival Grounds in Four Seasons Park (we are right beside the Beaumont Spray Park.) We recommend that you take the shuttle for this parking lot. Find it on Google Maps: CLICK HERE
#3 – École Mother d’Youville School
École Mother d’Youville School is located just off 30th Ave, on Rue Parc. Take the traffic circle around to the far side of the school for optimum parking. Find it on Google Maps CLICK HERE

We have three locations ideal for parking and walking into the Festival grounds in the heart of Four Seasons Park (right beside the Beaumont Spray Park).
Before choosing these location, please take into account how much you will be carrying and who you have with you.
We recommend those with limited mobility look at our Park ‘n’ Ride options above.
#1 – Park on 50th Avenue and walk into Four Seasons Park
This will be walking on grass into Four Seasons Park, and is a 5 minute walk in from 50th Avenue.
